How calibration works
- 1
Send your details
Quick form, about 60 seconds. Your registration, what's been done or what's wrong, and how to reach you.
- 2
We match you to a workshop
We route your enquiry to the nearest accredited workshop in our network set up for your make. They confirm the appointment with you direct.
- 3
Calibration and certificate
Workshop runs the manufacturer-spec calibration, post-scan to confirm every system is reading, and issues a signed certificate before you leave.
ADAS calibration price tiers
Pricing is fixed across our network. Same price wherever you are in the UK. Your tier is set by what work has been done, not by your postcode or your car's make.
All prices include the diagnostic scan, the calibration procedure (static, dynamic, or both as required), a post-calibration check, and a calibration certificate. No charge for diagnostic if you decide not to proceed.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. The Grenadier carries a BMW-derived Driver Assistance suite, with the camera behind the windscreen and the radar behind the front grille badge area. Our coverage runs across every UK Grenadier build since the 2022 launch.
The trigger profile we see is a mix of bumper repairs from front-end knocks and off-road kerb wear from how these cars get used. The radar housing is mounted to a structure that's stiff enough to survive light off-road work, but a hard kerb strike at the right angle shifts the aim. Send the chassis or registration when you enquire and we'll confirm the calibration setup.
Because the Grenadier uses BMW-derived electronics, and INEOS dealers run BMW ISTA-compatible diagnostic tooling to talk to the car. ISTA licensing is a significant workshop overhead, and INEOS dealers price the labour to recover it.
Our accredited workshops carry BMW ISTA-compatible equipment as standard because we cover the wider BMW range. The same kit runs the Grenadier calibration to manufacturer spec, and we quote a fixed price in hours rather than a £600+ starting point. Same procedure as the dealer would run, certificate that sits on the car's service history.
Probably, but it depends on what the kerb hit. If the front bumper structure is intact and only the radar's aim has shifted, calibration realigns it and the warning clears.
If the kerb actually deformed the radar housing or the mounting bracket, the housing has to be returned to spec before calibration can run. Our workshops check the physical alignment first, then run the calibration. On the Grenadier, the radar sits in a position that takes more abuse than a road car, so off-road kerb wear is a recognised trigger and we have the procedure for it dialled in.
No. Under the Block Exemption Regulation, an independent workshop can carry out the calibration without affecting your warranty, provided they follow the documented procedure and use compatible equipment.
The Grenadier's procedure follows the BMW-derived workshop manuals, and our accredited workshops run BMW ISTA-compatible tooling that matches what INEOS dealers use. The certificate we issue documents the pre- and post-job readings and sits on the car's service history. INEOS accepts independent records the same way BMW does.
Yes. The Grenadier's front radar is mounted behind the bumper structure, and any bumper-off work disturbs the radar's reference position. Even a careful refit puts the radar at a slightly different aim than where it was when the car left the factory.
The BMW-derived calibration procedure expects the radar to be within a tight tolerance to a manufacturer-spec target board. If it's outside that tolerance, the system flags Driver Assistance as unavailable and shuts the assist features down. We realign the radar against the target board and clear the fault. It's a standard follow-on job after any front bumper repair on the Grenadier.
