Terms & Conditions

How our quote-matching service works, how we use your data, and your rights. Effective October 2025.

Welcome to ADAS Line. By using our website (adasline.co.uk) or submitting your details through our online form, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

ADAS Line is a trading name of ADAS LINE LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17121507), registered office 37 Bedford Road, Northampton, NN1 5NG. We operate an independent lead generation network that connects vehicle owners with approved ADAS calibration partners across the United Kingdom. We do not carry out calibrations ourselves; we simply help match your request with a suitable partner.

You can contact us by email at info@adasline.co.uk. We do not currently operate a physical office in the United Kingdom.

2. Our role

ADAS Line provides a free online service that lets drivers request quotes for ADAS calibration. When you submit your information, we send your enquiry to one or more of our approved partners who can provide the service directly.

We do not take payment, perform any calibration work, or act as an agent for either you or the partner. Any agreement, quote, or booking made after your enquiry is strictly between you and the selected partner.

3. Non-binding quotes

Any prices or information shown on our website are for guidance only. They are not binding offers and may change depending on your vehicle's make, model, or diagnostic results. Our partners will confirm pricing and service availability directly with you before any work is carried out.

4. Data and privacy

When you submit your details through ADAS Line, we collect information such as your name, postcode, phone number, email address, and vehicle details (including the VIN). This information is used to match your vehicle with the correct calibration process, determine whether mobile or workshop service is possible in your area, and arrange the right calibration for you. When you enter your registration, we look it up with our vehicle data provider (CheckCarDetails) to identify your make, model and specification. We also collect technical and advertising data (such as your IP address, approximate location, device, and advertising click identifiers like the Google Ads gclid), and, where you pay online, your payment is handled securely by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

We store submissions securely in our CRM system and automatically forward new enquiries to our partner network by email. We process this data under legitimate interest, in accordance with UK data protection law, to provide the referral service you requested. For more on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

As ADAS Line does not perform or manage calibration work, we are not responsible for the accuracy of quotes provided by partners, the quality or timing of services carried out, or any agreements, warranties, or guarantees made between you and the partner. Your use of the website and any decision to proceed with a partner are entirely at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, design, and graphics, is owned or licensed by ADAS Line. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the effective date above will reflect when it was last updated.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Summary

In plain terms: ADAS Line connects you with trusted ADAS calibration partners in the United Kingdom. We don't perform the service ourselves, and we don't take payment from you; we simply help you find the right specialist. Your details are used only for matching and referral purposes.
