Lynk & Co calibration prices

Network rates, the same at every service centre, whichever Lynk & Co is on the ramp. Every price is per system, shown inc VAT with the net figure alongside. Your total is confirmed in writing before anything is booked.

Front radar calibration £162 inc VAT (£135 +VAT)
Blind spot radar calibration £162 inc VAT (£135 +VAT)
360° / surround camera calibration £162 inc VAT (£135 +VAT)
Reversing camera calibration £206.40 inc VAT (£172 +VAT)

Coding a replaced part to your vehicle

Service At a service centre
Front radar replaced £232.80 inc VAT (£194 +VAT)
Front camera replaced £229.20 inc VAT (£191 +VAT)
Blind spot radar replaced £226.80 inc VAT (£189 +VAT)
Reversing camera replaced £213.60 inc VAT (£178 +VAT)
  • When your job needs a diagnostic scan, it's £54 inc VAT (£45 +VAT), always itemised as its own line. It shows which systems were live before work started.
  • Two or more systems in one visit: the highest-priced system is full price, each additional system is 35% off at a centre. Scans aren't part of the discount. Front camera and front radar together come to £267.30 inc VAT (£222.75 +VAT).
  • A replaced camera or radar is coded to the vehicle and then calibrated, so a replacement job is the coding line above plus the calibration for that system, with the multi-system discount applied at a centre. Your written quote itemises both.
  • On mobile trade visits only: if the technician attends and the calibration can't be completed, a sensor fitted misaligned for example, a call-out fee of up to £72 inc VAT (£60 +VAT) applies.
  • Mobile calibration is available for garages and bodyshops with workshop conditions. Ask us.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, both, as imports. Lynk & Co sells the 01 on the Continent from 2021 and the 02 from late 2024, but doesn't sell cars in the UK, so every Lynk & Co here came in as an import. Both run Geely-derived Driving Assistance, which shares the underlying sensor architecture with Volvo and Polestar models from the same group years.

That shared architecture matters because our service centres have wide experience calibrating Volvo and Polestar already. The procedure on a Lynk & Co isn't an unknown quantity, it's a Geely-platform calibration run with manufacturer-spec equipment. Send the VIN and registration when you enquire so we can match you with the closest service centre carrying the right tooling.

The hardware shares lineage but the calibration procedures aren't identical. Lynk & Co 01 and 02 use Geely-derived Driving Assistance with their own brand-specific procedure sequence, even though the forward radar and camera hardware are familiar to anyone who's worked on a Volvo XC40 or a Polestar 2.

That means a workshop with Volvo diagnostic experience has a head start on a Lynk & Co, but they still need the manufacturer-spec procedure for the brand. Our network carries that. Our Volvo and Polestar pages carry their own brand-specific FAQ if you want to compare directly. The advantage of the shared Geely platform is consistent network coverage; you're not relying on a niche specialist to find someone trained on the hardware.

Because the forward radar that feeds the 01's Driving Assistance suite sits in the nose, mounted to bodywork a bumper repair disturbs. Even a clean replacement with genuine parts can move that mounting, and a small shift in the radar's aim is enough.

On the 01, the typical trigger is exactly that: bumper repair or windscreen swap. Driving Assistance reads the drift, flags a fault and pulls adaptive cruise and lane functions offline. The fix is the Geely-platform calibration procedure, run by our service centres to the manufacturer-spec sequence. The certificate we issue documents the post-calibration readings, which is what insurers and a Lynk & Co specialist both reference.

Because Lynk & Co has no UK dealer network, and an imported 01 or 02 lands with the few specialists willing to take the job. Each carries the tooling, the trained technician and the training overhead across a very low volume of cars, and recovers that cost through an elevated hourly rate. Dealer quotes customers have shown us for ADAS work run £300 to £900. Quoted after inspection is the typical framing.

Our service centres run the same Geely-platform procedure with manufacturer-spec equipment, priced per system. Front camera calibration is £162 inc VAT (£135 +VAT), front radar is the same, with the full rate card on this page. The procedure shares enough with Volvo and Polestar work that workshops with wider Geely experience can run it without the low-volume mark-up. Same job, same manufacturer-spec result, lower hourly rate.

A windscreen-triggered calibration on the 02 is a single workshop visit for most cars. The procedure focuses on the forward camera bonded to the windscreen mounting, which is the sensor most affected by glazier work, with a check on the forward radar to confirm nothing else shifted.

If the windscreen was replaced as part of a wider front-end job, the visit gets longer because additional sensors need checking. Send a description of what work was done when you enquire. We'll quote a fixed price for the calibration in a single visit rather than an open-ended quoted-after-inspection framing. The certificate we issue afterwards documents the work and sits on the car's service history.
