The message means the camera's aim has drifted further than the car can correct on its own. Honda Sensing absorbs small amounts of drift automatically; past that range it stops trusting the image, and this is the fault the scan tool reports.

The usual trigger is a windscreen replacement, where the camera comes off the old glass and onto the new and its aim shifts by more than the self-correction can recover. The fix is a static aim against the target board, run to Honda's documented calibration procedure, which puts the camera back inside its reference range and clears the message. One honest caveat on second-hand units. For the job that actually brings these cars in, a windscreen swap, the difference barely matters: on either car the camera comes off with the glass and needs a static target-board aim before the warnings clear, with the aim references set per model.
