How calibration works
- 1
Send your details
Quick form, about 60 seconds. Your registration, what's been done or what's wrong, and how to reach you.
- 2
We match you to a workshop
We route your enquiry to the nearest accredited workshop in our network set up for your make. They confirm the appointment with you direct.
- 3
Calibration and certificate
Workshop runs the manufacturer-spec calibration, post-scan to confirm every system is reading, and issues a signed certificate before you leave.
ADAS calibration price tiers
Pricing is fixed across our network. Same price wherever you are in the UK. Your tier is set by what work has been done, not by your postcode or your car's make.
All prices include the diagnostic scan, the calibration procedure (static, dynamic, or both as required), a post-calibration check, and a calibration certificate. No charge for diagnostic if you decide not to proceed.

Honda Sensing fault
CMBS, ACC and LKAS warnings firing together on the Civic or CR-V. Same forward camera-and-radar pair, why they all go down at once.
Honda models we cover
Older models with ADAS retrofits are case-by-case. Send your registration to confirm coverage.
Frequently asked questions
The forward camera (what Honda calls the multipurpose camera unit) has shifted past the angle the car can self-correct for. A recent Civic owner came to us with that exact dashboard text. The trigger is usually a windscreen replacement on the FK8 or FL5 where the camera was reseated without a static aim afterwards.
Honda Sensing's self-calibration pulls small drift back into spec, but past a few degrees it gives up. The fix is the static target-board procedure through Honda HDS-compatible tooling. Fixed at £199 through our network, against a Honda dealer quote that typically lands at £500 or more.
The millimeter wave radar behind the front grille badge (which feeds CMBS and ACC) has lost its aim and the dynamic routine couldn't finish. We had a CR-V owner report 'Millimeter Wave Radar Aiming Incomplete, 12.47V, B2A60-54 Confirmed DTC, Static Camera Aiming Incomplete.' Both radar and multipurpose camera were flagging together.
This is the Honda Sensing shared-fault pattern. Radar runs ACC, camera runs LKAS, CMBS reads from both. The 12.47V note rules out a battery cause. The fix is the static aim on the camera plus the radar aim sweep, both through Honda HDS-compatible diagnostics. Fixed price applies.
Yes. A recent CR-V owner came to us after fitting a genuine Honda radar with the matching part number themselves. The car kept the warning lit and the radar wouldn't pair. The blocker is Honda's component-protection layer on the 2019 onwards CR-V, which ties the radar to the VIN it was originally fitted to.
Clearing it needs Honda HDS-compatible tooling with the security level to write the new VIN onto the radar. The job runs in two steps in one booking: VIN rewrite, then the static aim calibration. Send the part number and the registration and we confirm compatibility before allocating the slot.
The FK8 (2017 to 2021) runs the earlier Honda Sensing platform with a single forward camera paired to a discrete millimeter wave radar. The FL5 (2022 onwards) moved to Honda Sensing 360 with a dual-camera setup behind the windscreen, which needs both cameras aimed against the target board.
The FL5 takes longer on the ramp. The dual-camera alignment runs through Honda HDS-compatible diagnostics with a second target-board pass for the binocular pair. This matters on windscreen-swap jobs where a glass fitter cleared the warning without the static aim. The fixed price covers either platform; we confirm scope when you send the reg.
Usually not for the forward Honda Sensing camera and radar. A recent Jazz owner came to us after a rear bumper was removed for a parking-scratch repaint. CMBS, ACC and LKAS were unaffected because none of those sensors sit at the rear.
What can need attention is the rear parking sensors and, on trims fitted with it, the Cross Traffic Monitor radar at the back. A sensor-position check on Honda HDS-compatible tooling confirms whether anything needs realigning. Send the registration and we confirm which sensors your trim carries. Front-suite work is the £349 fixed scope; rear-only checks are shorter.
